When weather conditions are such that the school day needs to be canceled, the school needs to be dismissed early, or the start of school delayed, the school web the site will be changed to reflect this change. Also the following radio stations will be contacted with school news:
In the event there is a two hour delay, Morning Kindergarten classes will meet from 10:25 a.m. until 12:10 p.m. Morning students will ride the bus to school. The Afternoon classes will be in session from 1:00-2:45 p.m. The Kindergarten Plus/Raisin Room classes will not meet on a 2-hour delay.
Bus drivers will have the discretion while running their routes to determine whether a road can be traveled safely. It may be necessary for a driver to eliminate part or all of their route rather than subject the students and driver to a hazardous situation.
